Own security risk and compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001. Lead product design for a B2B customer intelligence platform, focusing on visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and design system evolution. Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership, conduct research and evaluative testing, prototype solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation while championing customer feedback.

The Site Reliability Engineer will enhance platform engineering by improving internal systems, supporting product infrastructure, and promoting operational practices for reliability and performance.

Design and prototype high-quality product interfaces, run usability testing and user research, collaborate with PMs and engineers, evolve the design system, and champion customer needs to drive adoption and product quality.
