Own security risk and compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 42001. Manage risk assessments, audits, vendor risk, customer security reviews, evidence automation, AI governance, incident response, and security culture initiatives. The role also develops hands-on expertise in AWS security, detection and response, cloud posture management, and vulnerability management while partnering closely with engineering, sales, legal, and enterprise customers.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for large, strategic accounts: run multi-stakeholder deals, build consultative value-based business cases, demonstrate Dovetail's AI-native platform, develop account plans, maintain executive relationships, and help mature enterprise go-to-market.

Lead technical direction and architecture for systems that process unstructured customer data at scale. Drive cross-functional projects to production, own reliability/performance/security of enterprise-grade systems, mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and architect AI-native product features while balancing latency, cost, and reliability tradeoffs.
