Leads SnowEx and CSI National Accounts sales across North America. Develops sales and business development strategies, manages distributor and national account relationships, oversees pricing and incentive programs, forecasts sales, coordinates with production, partners with Marketing, supports trade shows and events, and guides sales teams through objectives and performance tracking.

Designs and develops mechanical components and systems for commercial snow and ice products. Responsibilities include CAD drawings, prototype testing, product validation, BOMs, ECNs, technical documentation, manufacturing support, production problem resolution, tooling and fixture development, and continuous improvement. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, reliability, manufacturability, productivity, and cost while supporting product launches and field testing.

Operate, program, set up, and adjust manual and CNC milling and turning machines to produce tooling components. Maintain tooling and fixtures, troubleshoot equipment, manage CNC programs and records, perform preventive maintenance, ensure part quality, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and support continuous improvement. The role also requires blueprint interpretation, mathematical calculations, workload planning, and collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Designs, develops, prototypes, tests, troubleshoots, and validates electrical components and systems for commercial snow and ice equipment. Responsibilities include interpreting schematics, maintaining BOMs and ECNs, documenting tests, supporting manufacturing improvements, diagnosing electrical and hydraulic systems, creating product literature, and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also participates in design reviews, root-cause analysis, Kaizen, and 5S activities, with occasional travel to test sites, suppliers, customers, and company locations.

Sets up and operates rotational molding equipment to produce plastic parts. Loads molds and materials, monitors molding cycles, performs quality inspections, trims and assembles parts, completes basic maintenance, troubleshoots equipment, handles materials with powered industrial trucks, follows safety procedures, and supports training and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and may involve overtime or alternate shifts.

Manage customer relationships through telephone and email communication, answer product and order inquiries, process orders, solicit additional sales, and resolve billing, shipping, freight, and service issues. Maintain customer records, track orders and claims, coordinate freight schedules, support distributor mailings, and use ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and proprietary systems. Apply basic mathematics, product knowledge, supply chain concepts, safety procedures, Lean principles, and effective conflict resolution.

Operate and set up CO2 and fiber lasers, press brakes, and finishing equipment to fabricate metal parts. Perform material handling, light assembly, test cycles, quality audits, equipment upkeep, production data recording, and consumables tracking. Follow safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5-S requirements while communicating with team leads and other shifts. Employees must complete training to operate all fabrication equipment and may work overtime or alternate shifts.

Oversee and coordinate bench, structural, conveyor, and non-paced assembly operations, including packaging parts and finished assemblies. Lead team quality, safety, training, auditing, production pacing, maintenance, TPM documentation, and continuous improvement. Track production metrics, reduce scrap, operate material-handling equipment, resolve shop-floor issues, and ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements.

Leads divisional global sourcing and supply operations, including supplier strategy, category management, negotiations, logistics, inventory, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and lean supply chain improvement. Partners with cross-functional and enterprise leadership to improve cost, quality, delivery, resilience, and operational performance. Oversees supplier development, continuous improvement initiatives, compliance, talent development, and strategic planning in a manufacturing environment.

Operates, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots laser and profiling equipment for metal cutting production. Responsibilities include machine setup, nesting, parameter optimization, preventive maintenance, quality checks, ECN implementation, operator training, consumables inventory, production reporting, and hands-on support. The role collaborates with engineering and maintenance, supports 5S organization and safety standards, operates press brakes and forklifts, and may work overtime, alternate shifts, weekends, and travel for training.

Provides technical support for vehicle electrical integrations, including designing, testing, and validating electrical harnesses and systems. Produces CAD harness and mechanical drawings, interprets electrical and mechanical schematics, supports product installation documentation, participates in cross-functional quality improvements, and contributes to Lean and 5S activities.
