Leads all finance and accounting functions for the Commercial Snow and Ice division. Provides strategic financial guidance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, audit and SOX compliance oversight, M&A support, and financial analysis for business initiatives. Partners with leadership to improve performance and profitability while managing and developing finance staff across multiple plants and locations.

Leads SnowEx and CSI National Accounts sales across North America. Develops sales and business development strategies, manages distributor and national account relationships, oversees pricing and incentive programs, forecasts sales, coordinates with production, partners with Marketing, supports trade shows and events, and guides sales teams through objectives and performance tracking.

Designs and develops mechanical components and systems for commercial snow and ice products. Responsibilities include CAD drawings, prototype testing, product validation, BOMs, ECNs, technical documentation, manufacturing support, production problem resolution, tooling and fixture development, and continuous improvement. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, reliability, manufacturability, productivity, and cost while supporting product launches and field testing.
