Sets up and operates rotational molding equipment to produce plastic parts. Loads molds and materials, monitors molding cycles, performs mold changes, trims and assembles parts, conducts quality inspections, troubleshoots equipment, and completes basic maintenance. The role also involves material handling with powered industrial trucks, maintaining an organized work area, following safety procedures, participating in training and continuous improvement, and supporting production across departments.

Operate and set up lasers, press brakes, and finishing equipment to fabricate metal parts. Perform material handling, light assembly, test cycles, quality audits, equipment upkeep, production data recording, and general maintenance. Operators must follow safety and quality standards, read blueprints and specifications, communicate across shifts, maintain an orderly work area, and be willing to learn all fabrication equipment.

Leads all finance and accounting functions for the Commercial Snow and Ice division. Provides strategic financial guidance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, audit and SOX compliance oversight, M&A support, and financial analysis for business initiatives. Partners with leadership to improve performance and profitability while managing and developing finance staff across multiple plants and locations.
