Assist teachers with classroom and clerical tasks, support students individually or in small groups, supervise students in various settings, administer minor first aid, mediate conflicts, report incidents, and maintain instructional materials and records.

Supervise children and staff in before- and after-school programs, assist the Program Manager with daily operations, develop and implement programming, ensure regulatory compliance, coach and mentor staff, collaborate with families and providers, and maintain child safety and positive social-emotional development.

Support school administration to maintain a safe, effective learning environment. Oversee staffing, hiring, mentoring, evaluations, student discipline, operations, budget/purchasing, accreditation compliance, data analysis of student performance, professional development, and community/family communications. Perform other duties as assigned.
