Assist teachers with classroom instruction and clerical tasks, monitor and support individual or groups of students in various settings, report student incidents, maintain instructional materials and files, administer minor first aid, mediate student conflicts, and perform related duties to ensure a safe, positive learning environment.

Supports teachers and students through classroom assistance, clerical work, lesson reinforcement, student monitoring, conflict mediation, minor first aid, incident reporting, and maintenance of instructional materials and records. Helps maintain a safe, positive learning environment across classrooms and school activities, including playgrounds, lunchrooms, libraries, field trips, and bus areas.

Provide intensive, individualized emotional and behavioral support to students with affective needs. Implement crisis intervention (e.g., CPI), assist with IEP-related goals, collect behavior data, collaborate with special education and mental health staff, and maintain student safety.
