Teams at Douglas County School District

Performs bond-related accounting and procurement activities for capital projects, including reconciliations, variance analysis, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, records management, and transaction research. Supports FF&E and CTE purchasing, RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and compliance with public-sector procurement requirements. Collaborates with Accounting, Budget, Construction, Transportation, IT, Security, Contracting, Strategic Sourcing, suppliers, and district stakeholders.

Provides Level I/II technical support for college and career readiness software, including system integration, data extraction, documentation, training, and knowledge-base maintenance. Coordinates professional development opportunities, supports state reporting, collaborates with vendors and district IT, and assists with integrations involving Infinite Campus. Requires strong communication, organization, technical support, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Performs payroll processing, audits employee pay and time data, manages payroll adjustments, reviews integrations, supports positive pay and direct deposits, responds to payroll inquiries, trains employees and managers, maintains procedures, and assists with Workday and payroll system enhancements and testing.
