Provide classroom and small-group instructional support, monitor students in various settings, perform clerical tasks, report incidents, maintain instructional materials, administer minor first aid, and assist teachers to promote a safe, positive learning environment.

Provide intensive, individualized behavioral and emotional support to students with affective needs. Implement crisis intervention (e.g., CPI), de-escalation, BIPs, and SEL strategies; collect behavior data; collaborate with special education and mental health staff; assist with IEP-related instructional supports and safe/therapeutic spaces.
