Monitor trade activity and enforce investment guidelines and regulatory limits for commingled funds and separately managed accounts. Implement and test automated and manual compliance rules, research and resolve trade monitoring issues with Investment teams, prepare client reports, collaborate with Legal, Technology, Client Services and Operations, and support process improvement and technology initiatives.

Administer intermediary oversight for registered investment products, coordinate onboarding and due diligence, manage selling and servicing agreements, oversee transfer agent and Sub-TA fee activities, support board reporting, service provider oversight, operational reporting, and process improvements related to intermediary and transfer agent functions.

The Internal Wholesaler drives asset growth by engaging with financial advisors, supporting product distribution, and enhancing advisor relationships.

The analyst will underwrite CRE debt investments, evaluate deals, prepare investment memoranda, coordinate due diligence, support transactions, and assist with asset management.

Sell and market mutual funds, ETFs and asset allocation products to advisors across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Drive net new assets through relationship development, present approved materials, use Salesforce to track activity, coordinate with internal wholesalers, and travel frequently across the territory to execute an annual business plan.

The Analyst, Corporate Credit conducts deep financial analysis, develops investment ideas for bonds, and communicates findings to influence investment strategies.

The Analyst will perform fundamental credit analysis on quasi-sovereigns and corporate credits in Emerging Markets, present investment ideas, and monitor credit performance.

Perform portfolio analysis and competitive intelligence to support client portfolio managers and distribution teams. Produce data-driven fund materials, presentations, and analytics; research market trends and peers; partner with investment and distribution teams to inform product positioning. Build deep expertise across investment strategies with a path toward product ownership and future client engagement.
