Drive new business development in Canada by marketing fixed income, equity, and global asset allocation funds. Build and maintain advisor and institutional relationships, grow AUM, present pre-approved sales materials, track meetings in Salesforce, coordinate with firm staff, and stay current on market and fund performance. Participate in sales meetings and periodic performance reviews.

Serve as the office's first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, managing calendars and conference rooms, coordinating meeting logistics, troubleshooting basic AV/virtual meeting issues, providing administrative support (travel, expenses, data entry), maintaining office supplies and common areas, and assisting with ad hoc office projects.

Sell and market mutual funds, ETFs and asset allocation products to advisors across Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Drive net new assets through relationship development, present approved materials, use Salesforce to track activity, coordinate with internal wholesalers, and travel frequently across the territory to execute an annual business plan.
