Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and tax filings. Prepare periodic financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, assist audits, and implement internal control improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting for an oil and gas equipment rental business.

Collect, compile, and analyze equipment rental and utilization data for oilfield operations. Conduct field visits to document equipment performance, maintain inventory records, assist with reports and presentations, and use data collection tools and software to support operational insights and efficiency.

Coordinate scheduling, delivery, setup, pickup, and fueling of rental equipment; monitor inventory; assist with rental contracts, invoices, and administrative customer support; and help implement process improvements to maintain efficient equipment rental operations.
