Set up, operate, and run #2 and #3 centerless grinding machines to grind external surfaces to precise dimensions. Read/process blueprints and process sheets, change tooling, load/unload parts (including by crane), inspect parts to tolerances, maintain machines and work area, follow safety and quality guidelines, and cross-train on other machinery as assigned.

Set up and operate Okuma CNC lathes in a low-volume, high-mix environment. Responsibilities include tooling, fixture, offset, and program setup; blueprint-based inspection; troubleshooting; tooling adjustments; equipment maintenance; and cross-functional training. The role requires at least one year of CNC lathe experience and offers coaching and exposure to machining, assembly, testing, and service operations.

Own Double E’s data lake and improve data integrity by building ETL pipelines, data models, integrations, and reporting solutions. Manage Azure SQL and Power BI, consolidate ERP and CRM data across global offices, establish governance and documentation standards, and translate business needs into reliable, scalable data infrastructure. The role partners with technical and business stakeholders and supports modernization, system connectivity, and analytics initiatives.

Designs and develops mechanical products and engineered solutions for web handling and converting equipment. Creates CAD models, drawings, and engineering documentation; reviews customer orders; supports quoting, configuration, production, service, and assembly questions. Drives quality, cost, and manufacturability improvements, maintains technical documentation and SOPs, and mentors junior engineers. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, Product Engineering, and Service to deliver accurate designs meeting customer and internal standards.

Owns quality for custom machined components in a high-mix, low-volume job shop, from drawing review and risk assessment through inspection and shipment. Responsibilities include inspection planning, GD&T and documentation review, root-cause analysis, CAPA, containment, MRB disposition, nonconformance management, calibration awareness, customer complaint resolution, and data-driven continuous improvement using ERP and quality metrics.
