Owns quality for custom machined components in a high-mix, low-volume job shop, from drawing review and risk assessment through inspection and shipment. Responsibilities include inspection planning, GD&T and documentation review, root-cause analysis, CAPA, containment, MRB disposition, nonconformance management, calibration awareness, customer complaint resolution, and data-driven continuous improvement using ERP and quality metrics.

Set up, operate, and run #2 and #3 centerless grinding machines to grind external surfaces to precise dimensions. Read/process blueprints and process sheets, change tooling, load/unload parts (including by crane), inspect parts to tolerances, maintain machines and work area, follow safety and quality guidelines, and cross-train on other machinery as assigned.

Lead and scale sales operations: build processes for quoting, orders, forecasting, and pipeline visibility; create dashboards and KPIs; drive GTM recommendations; develop training and enablement; manage inside sales and customer service teams; align commercial processes with operations and lead change management for tools and workflows.

Assist in various operations including fabrication, assembly, loading/unloading trucks, performing maintenance, and packaging equipment for shipment.
