Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for employees—troubleshoot Windows hardware and software, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. Support Microsoft 365 apps, account access, password resets, MFA, onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, and security tools. Assist with RMM, antivirus/EDR, server migrations/upgrades, documentation, vendor coordination, and IT projects. Occasional travel to other company locations.

Assist in various operations including fabrication, assembly, loading/unloading trucks, performing maintenance, and packaging equipment for shipment.

Join a team to operate CNC equipment, perform machine setups, conduct first piece inspections, and collaborate on process improvements.
