Lead product strategy and execution for an AI-native compliance platform. Own major product areas end-to-end, translate complex compliance workflows into scalable experiences, design AI-agent systems, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, customers, the CEO, and CTO. Manage and develop a small Product team while remaining hands-on with technical discovery, prototyping, product architecture, metrics, customer research, and iterative delivery.

Sell compliance SaaS to financial institutions across EMEA and other markets. Responsibilities include generating outbound pipeline, closing mid-market and enterprise deals, tailoring demos with Solutions Engineering, collaborating with BDRs and Marketing, optimizing sales processes, and supporting customer rollout. The role requires financial services or fintech sales experience, AML/KYC or risk-management knowledge, SaaS quota achievement, executive-level communication, and fluency in English.

Sell Dotfile’s AI-native compliance software to financial institutions across EMEA and beyond. Responsibilities include generating outbound pipeline, managing and closing mid-market and enterprise SaaS opportunities, delivering tailored demos with Solutions Engineering, collaborating with BDRs and Marketing, optimizing sales processes, and supporting customer rollout. The role requires financial services and AML, KYC, or risk management knowledge, experience with sales playbooks, and a consistent record of exceeding quota.

Own Dotfile’s growth strategy and pipeline generation across key markets, with emphasis on US expansion. Build AI- and automation-enabled systems for account targeting, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, campaigns, experimentation, and analytics. Manage the growth stack, measure funnel conversion, CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel effectiveness, and partner with Sales and Marketing to scale successful programs.

The Solutions Consultant will oversee the customer journey from pre-sales to implementation, design tailored solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of the compliance platform.
