Sell HVAC, plumbing, piping, retrofit, replacement, and capital improvement projects up to $500,000 directly to building owners and facility decision-makers. Responsibilities include prospecting, identifying opportunities through service relationships, developing scopes and quotes, negotiating agreements, managing CRM activity, coordinating project turnover, and building repeat business. The role requires technical aptitude, strong communication and negotiation skills, valid driving credentials, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing and lifting.

Lead the company’s BIM, VDC, coordination, and shop drawing processes for mechanical construction projects. Establish standards, manage quality assurance, allocate department resources, support estimating and preconstruction, coordinate project teams, and oversee deliverables for prefabrication and field operations. The role also mentors team members, maintains customer relationships, resolves BIM workflow issues, and promotes technology adoption and process efficiency.

Supports project managers throughout commercial electrical construction projects, from buyout through closeout. Responsibilities include preparing submittals and RFIs, maintaining project documentation, supporting material and labor procurement, tracking deliveries, assisting with change orders and budget tracking, coordinating job sites, and communicating with office staff, field crews, and customers.
