Design intuitive web experiences for doola’s core platform, taking features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, improve complex financial workflows, create elegant interfaces, maintain the design system, and own key product areas while balancing speed and quality.

Build and refine affiliate prospect lists, recruit partners through outbound outreach, negotiate terms, onboard affiliates, and drive activation and converting leads. Re-engage dormant partners with tailored incentives, manage relationships through first payment, and document activated partners before handing them to Customer Success. The role requires independent execution in the creator-economy and info-business space, with responsibility for developing a scalable affiliate revenue channel.

Source and manage outbound B2B pipeline, conduct full-cycle sales from prospecting through close, and secure at least three API deals monthly. The Account Executive will sell to fintech, AI, creator, legal tech, and accounting platforms; use AI tools for research and outreach; handle discovery, demos, objections, and negotiations; and document successful messaging and vertical strategies to build a scalable sales playbook.

Maintain and run the company's forecast model, produce budget vs. actuals and KPI reporting, partner with department leaders on spend and headcount, provide cash/runway analysis and scenario planning, support board and investor materials, build repeatable reporting processes, and use AI/automation to improve finance workflows while ensuring actuals align with accounting.

Review federal and state business tax returns for accuracy and compliance, identify errors and missing information, provide feedback to preparers, assist with complex tax issues and client inquiries, communicate with clients, research tax regulations, and improve internal tax processes.
