Lead Doneverse’s Learning and Development function, overseeing training strategy, operations, team performance, assessments, quality standards, and continuous improvement. Manage and develop training staff while ensuring Doers are prepared for Founder engagements. Use data, digital marketing expertise, AI, automation, and learning technologies to improve training effectiveness and scalability. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Doer Success, while reporting performance insights and managing training capacity, workflows, and learner outcomes.
