Lead regional financial performance for EU Growth Markets, owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning. Provide commercial insight, drive revenue and margin improvement, ensure governance and compliance across jurisdictions, oversee statutory and audit requirements, develop multi‑country finance teams, and champion finance transformation and process standardisation.

Provide FP&A support to corporate leadership: budgeting, forecasting, monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, financial modelling, cost optimisation, business case evaluation, and ensure alignment with group governance and planning frameworks while partnering with central finance teams.

Manage day-to-day client delivery for assigned US accounts, translate client priorities into actionable delivery plans, track KPIs and produce performance reporting. Support growth and commercial initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while contributing to continuous improvement and governance activities.

Lead the UK commercial agenda, defining pricing, propositions, go-to-market strategy and performance management. Translate strategy into actionable priorities, align cross-functional teams, sponsor high-impact initiatives, and drive in-period trading and insight-led decision-making to deliver sustainable revenue and margin growth.

Drive profitability and growth of warranty portfolios through forecasting, pricing, and performance modelling. Produce pricing and profitability projections, lead underwriting reporting, contribute to financial forecasts, set pricing structures, perform advanced data analysis, ensure data governance, and drive automation and process improvements.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure web services across the full SDLC. Mentor engineers, champion best practices, build CI/CD and IaC, support live services, investigate incidents, and ensure accessibility, performance, and data protection.

Support third-party, fourth-party, and client risk assessments across multiple regions. Coordinate assessments, documentation, remediation plans, and reporting. Maintain CRM and assessment records, assist IT audit and ISO27001/CIS compliance activities, and liaise with senior stakeholders and governance forums to manage supplier risk and regulatory adherence.
