Teams at Domestic & General

Provide deskside and lifecycle support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, AV, printers); manage incidents and SLAs; maintain endpoint compliance and security; optimise hybrid endpoint management (Intune/SCCM); support basic macOS via JAMF; create automation scripts, documentation, and perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Handle customer enquiries across phone and social media, investigate data merges and breaches, resolve discrepancies on calls, manage reviews and social channels, book and manage repair and protection plans, assist employees and partner customers with technical laptop/PC issues.

Lead measurement, governance and optimisation of global owned media. Build KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting cadence; govern corporate social channels; run campaign measurement, post-campaign evaluation and data-driven optimisation; manage social listening/publishing tools and agency/platform relationships to improve brand performance and accountability.
