Senior individual contributor designing and scaling modern learning experiences across digital, blended and performance support formats. Responsible for learning architecture, technology selection, governance, evaluation, analytics, and coaching instructional designers. Partners with global stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps, lead projects through full learning lifecycle, and pilot innovative and AI-enabled tools to drive business impact and consistency.

Designs and delivers talent, leadership and organisational development initiatives including succession planning, development programmes, leadership tools, engagement and inclusivity activities. Uses data and Workday to report on talent, measure impact and inform culture and change efforts, working with stakeholders to drive high performance.

Provide deskside and lifecycle support for end-user devices (desktops, laptops, AV, printers); manage incidents and SLAs; maintain endpoint compliance and security; optimise hybrid endpoint management (Intune/SCCM); support basic macOS via JAMF; create automation scripts, documentation, and perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
