Teams at Domestic & General

Leads a team of 10 BI and reporting professionals while transforming and simplifying reporting across UK and EU businesses. Oversees report rationalisation, reporting hubs, reusable assets, governed datasets, KPI frameworks, and self-service capabilities. Partners with Operations, Data, Technology, and senior stakeholders to maintain critical reporting, improve adoption, and deliver strategic change. This is a fixed-term maternity-leave contract with hybrid working from Wimbledon or Nottingham.

Handle inbound Sky customer calls to provide service, assess needs, recommend equipment and Sky Protect policies, and drive sales while meeting FCA-compliant customer outcomes. Work rotating shifts (8am–8pm) in a remote/hybrid setup, complete training and assessments, and maintain call quality and targets.

Lead the complaints function across Spain, Italy, and Germany, overseeing strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, operational performance, fair customer outcomes, and root-cause analysis. Build regulatory and adjudicator relationships, manage internal and outsourced teams, translate complaint data into business improvements, and influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets. Develop a high-performing function focused on customer fairness, continuous improvement, and organisational trust.
