Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, primarily using PHP and Laravel on the backend with React and TypeScript on the frontend. Responsibilities include API and database integration, testing, code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, design feedback, and contributions to new and existing cybersecurity products.

Own expansion revenue across a portfolio of enterprise customers by identifying and closing upgrades, increased consumption, new use cases, and broader deployments. Build strategic account plans, executive relationships, business cases, forecasts, and pipeline coverage. Partner cross-functionally with sales, engineering, customer success, marketing, product, and alliances teams while supporting customer value realization and renewals. Maintain rigorous CRM and opportunity management using Salesforce and Gainsight.

Manage strategic OEM partnerships from technical scoping and API integration through renewals. Enable developer/product teams, monitor API consumption and health, lead QBRs, drive retention and expansion, and coordinate cross-functional escalation and roadmap alignment.

Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle for enterprise SecOps customers: onboard and train, drive adoption, run QBRs, secure renewals, identify churn risk, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with sales and product teams to expand accounts and communicate product feedback.

Design, build, and maintain web-scale data systems; discover, validate and ingest new datasets; leverage streaming and data stores; drive technical leadership, code reviews, mentorship, CI/CD and operational improvements; estimate project scope and deliver high-quality results for security-focused products.

Manage daily A/R and A/P, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, apply cash, manage fixed assets and depreciation, post revenue recognition per US GAAP, support month-end close and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while acting as primary customer contact for billing inquiries.
