Provides customer service, manages client accounts, answers product and service questions, resolves issues with internal teams, maintains accurate client records, and supports customer satisfaction. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including content creation, newsletter development, template design, personalization, proofreading, and client communication. Analyze campaign performance, sales revenue, and consumer behavior to recommend improvements. Ensure mobile responsiveness, compliance with industry best practices, and accurate campaign execution while using marketing automation, HTML, SEO/SEM, analytics, and database tools.
