Lead live auction segments during livestream shopping events to drive engagement, bidding, and conversions. Maintain pacing, urgency, and pricing communication; collaborate with Hosts, Curators, Prep, Fulfillment, and Production; monitor chat and KPI performance; adapt selling strategies to maximize revenue, AOV, units sold, and customer retention.

Oversee daily Live Sales operations and team performance, supervising hosts, auctioneers, prep, and fulfillment during livestreams. Ensure show execution, inventory accuracy, KPI attainment (revenue, conversion, AOV, units sold), scheduling, training, cross-team coordination, and a strong customer experience.

Lead and operate the Live Sales department across social commerce platforms. Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory readiness, SOPs, and KPI reporting. Coach and develop hosts and stylists on product storytelling, styling, customer engagement, sales techniques, and brand voice. Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and Social teams to drive sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, viewer engagement, and successful campaign activations.
