Manages ecommerce product setup, listings, promotions, launches, QA, SEO, reviews, and inventory monitoring across DTC, marketplace, and retail sites. Uses Shopify Plus, analytics, heatmaps, session replay, and AI automation to improve product data quality, conversion performance, and operational efficiency. Collaborates cross-functionally on promotional planning, reporting, and site improvements.

Leads creative direction across Dollar Shave Club’s two-brand portfolio, overseeing creative teams, brand voice, packaging, design systems, campaigns, and channel execution. The role protects each brand’s distinct identity while creating operational synergies, personally contributes to major concepts and launches, develops talent, manages resources and partners, champions AI-enabled creative tools, and presents creative strategy to executives, retailers, and the Board.

Lead analytics strategy for product, CRM, and acquisition; run and interpret A/B and multivariate tests; enhance web analytics and data models; build and QA Tableau dashboards and data pipelines; mentor one analyst; present executive-ready insights and resolve cross-platform data integrity issues to drive growth.
