Teams at Dollar Shave Club

Provide day-to-day people operations support across onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data maintenance, benefits administration, compliance reporting, and general People Team administrative tasks for a 6-month temporary hourly role based in Durham.

Lead Dollar Shave Club's owned and earned presence: own organic social voice, community management, influencer/creator programs, PR partnerships, and social listening. Concept, produce, and edit short-form video and social-native content, react to cultural moments, and define measurement for awareness, sentiment, and share of voice. Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Performance Marketing, and external agencies to grow top-of-funnel awareness and route consumer signal back into the brand.
