As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will conduct deep qualification calls, engage with mid-market and enterprise accounts, and ensure high-quality leads are passed to Account Executives. You will focus on understanding the prospects' pain points rather than just booking calls.

The Sales Development Representative runs qualification calls, maps prospects' pain, builds business cases, and collaborates closely with AEs to convert leads into deals.

Own and optimize paid performance channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), run continual CRO experiments across funnels and landing pages, use AI automation tools daily to scale work, collaborate with agency and GTM Engineering, and drive US expansion performance metrics.
