Provide first-line support via chat and email (primarily German), triage edge-case tickets, resolve or escalate with clear context, maintain high-quality customer communication, and feed product and pattern insights back to leadership and engineering.

Work directly with the founders to identify high-leverage workflows, design and build automations (Claude agents, n8n/Zapier, GitHub, HubSpot, Planhat), launch projects end-to-end, and measure impact in hours saved, revenue, or headcount avoided. Cross-functional focus across GTM, Product, and Ops, with hands-on implementation and ownership.

Create German-first B2B content (blogs, case studies, landing pages, video concepts) using AI-enabled workflows to educate frontline industrial buyers and drive acquisition; own end-to-end content strategy, production, measurement, and cross-team collaboration.
