Teams at DogiZone

Handle inbound and outbound calls to book reservations, tour prospective clients and pets, promote services, support account management, drive retention, perform front-desk duties, recommend products, and follow sales scripts to meet performance goals. Role is phone-driven and commission-incentivized with opportunities for growth.

Serve as the front-desk face of DogiZone: manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, take payments, handle phone and email inquiries, coordinate lodging/daycare/grooming schedules, maintain waitlist, and perform administrative tasks while ensuring excellent customer and pet care.
