Teams at DogiZone

Serve as the front-desk face of DogiZone: manage check-ins/check-outs, schedule appointments, take payments, handle phone and email inquiries, coordinate lodging/daycare/grooming schedules, maintain waitlist, and perform administrative tasks while ensuring excellent customer and pet care.

Handle inbound/outbound calls to tour prospective clients and pets, promote services, book reservations, manage accounts, drive retention, and earn commission and bonuses. Provide excellent customer service in a dog-first environment and support company growth and standards.
