Leads the administration and finance function, overseeing accounting close processes, treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and process digitalization. Lead factory automation projects from capacity and ROI analysis through equipment design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance. Design non-standard automation equipment, production lines, tooling, fixtures, and error-proofing solutions. Optimize existing lines, integrate equipment with MES systems, train production teams, and provide technical support. The role requires PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, industrial communications, and basic software and data acquisition knowledge.

Develops and integrates windshield wiper system solutions, including component selection, prototype design, technical validation, supplier and manufacturing transfer, FMEA participation, documentation, customer support, testing, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to optimize product quality, cost, performance, and industrialization.
