Leads the administration and finance function, overseeing accounting close processes, treasury, cash flow, tax compliance, audits, internal controls, and process digitalization. Manages the administration team, improves accounting and administrative procedures, supports financial projects, and collaborates cross-functionally. Requires strong accounting, treasury, regulatory, ERP, Excel, leadership, and Spanish and English communication skills.

Designs and develops automotive products, conducts feasibility studies, prepares drawings and bills of materials, supports customers and sales, and coordinates validation, production, quality, and supplier activities. The role manages technical documentation including DFMEA, APQP, IATF, and product validation plans while monitoring design projects and participating in international cross-functional work.

Lead factory automation projects from capacity and ROI analysis through equipment design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance. Design non-standard automation equipment, production lines, tooling, fixtures, and error-proofing solutions. Optimize existing lines, integrate equipment with MES systems, train production teams, and provide technical support. The role requires PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, industrial communications, and basic software and data acquisition knowledge.
