Serves as the on-site HR contact, managing recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits, payroll support, leave administration, compliance, safety programs, HR records, and reporting. Coaches supervisors, supports union-related reporting, resolves employee questions, and assists other company locations as needed. Requires at least five years of HR experience, including three years in recruiting, plus knowledge of ATS, HRIS, payroll systems, employment law, and HR best practices.

Designs and programs machine control systems for custom automation projects. Responsibilities include developing control concepts, electrical drawings, design calculations, PLC and motion-control software, operator interfaces, project estimates, technical proposals, and scope monitoring. Provides fabrication, installation, and technical support; coordinates with project managers, sales, clients, and designers; trains team members; and ensures compliance with electrical codes and quality standards. Travel and access to secured customer facilities may be required.

Processes invoices, receiving documents, freight bills, returns, and vendor credits; maintains paid invoice records and responds to vendor inquiries. Provides backup for accounting functions, assists with travel arrangements, trains coworkers, answers phones, coordinates visitors, and orders office supplies. Requires accuracy, organization, communication skills, Microsoft Office and accounting software proficiency. The role is on-site, first shift, and includes occasional lifting and additional hours as needed.

Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to fabricate parts. Read blueprints, select fixtures and tools, calculate machining parameters, monitor operations, verify tolerances with precision measuring tools, and perform adjustments. Perform additional duties, overtime, and occasional travel as required.
