Act as the on-site HR contact for Moline, IL, managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, payroll support, HR compliance, safety training, and HR reporting while supporting other Doerfer locations.

Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) to fabricate parts. Read blueprints, select fixtures and tools, calculate machining parameters, monitor operations, verify tolerances with precision measuring tools, and perform adjustments. Perform additional duties, overtime, and occasional travel as required.

The Senior Electrical Controls Engineer develops control concepts, manages project schedules, performs electrical designs, and supports installations while ensuring compliance with budgets and technical objectives.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget and cross-functional activities from concept through installation. Support sales, estimate projects, track costs and ECOs, lead design reviews, ensure QMS/AS9100/ISO9000 compliance, provide client status updates, and coordinate fabrication, assembly, and safety reviews. Travel as required and maintain project records per SOPs.
