Serves as the on-site HR contact, managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits, payroll support, leave administration, safety, compliance, records, and HR reporting. Partners with managers on hiring and employee issues, supports union-related reporting, coaches leaders, and provides HR assistance to other locations. Requires at least five years of HR experience and three years of recruiting experience.

Leads complex industrial machinery projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, quality, engineering changes, fabrication, assembly, installation, and customer expectations. Coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders, reports performance to executive management, supports proposals and estimating, oversees design reviews and safety reviews, communicates project status, and maintains lessons-learned documentation. Requires strong industrial project management experience, technical drawing interpretation, engineering knowledge, planning, communication, and root-cause problem-solving skills.

Designs and programs machine control systems for custom automation projects. Responsibilities include developing control concepts, electrical drawings, design calculations, PLC and motion-control software, operator interfaces, project estimates, technical proposals, and scope monitoring. Provides fabrication, installation, and technical support; coordinates with project managers, sales, clients, and designers; trains team members; and ensures compliance with electrical codes and quality standards. Travel and access to secured customer facilities may be required.
