Manage and optimize end-to-end bookkeeping operations, lead and develop a team of bookkeepers, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, maintain staffing capacity, deliver KPI reporting, drive process and technology improvements (QuickBooks/ERP), liaise with Product and GTM teams, handle client onboarding/migrations, and resolve complex accounting issues.

Supervise an accounting team and manage bookkeeping for US-based clients using Docyt and QuickBooks Online. Prepare balance sheets, P&L, income/expenditure statements, reconciliations, month-end journal entries, payroll, and financial reports. Communicate with US clients, maintain confidentiality, lead team, and work overlapping US time zones including possible night and weekend shifts. Based in Noida Sector 62.
