The Account Executive is responsible for B2B sales of SaaS products to hospitality businesses, managing the sales cycle and collaborating with teams.

Identify, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn; book meetings/demos for Account Executives; maintain CRM records; build a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets; learn Docyt's product and value for the US market.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability, performance, security, and scalability. Responsibilities include managing AWS infrastructure with Terraform or Ansible, deploying containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, automating monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, maintaining Jenkins pipelines, supporting development environments, troubleshooting systems, and improving high availability and disaster recovery.
