Owns software work end to end, from investigating customer escalations and identifying root causes through coding, testing, review, deployment, and production verification. Builds backend features and fixes using Java/Spring Boot or Ruby on Rails, with occasional React work. Uses SQL and production data for diagnosis, documents work clearly, records Loom walkthroughs, and collaborates with product and support across accounting and financial workflows.

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated development workflows. Manage AWS environments, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes orchestration, monitoring, logging, security, reliability, and disaster recovery. Develop Jenkins pipelines and automation scripts while troubleshooting distributed systems and supporting scalable, high-availability applications.

Manage bookkeeping and client accounts using Docyt and online accounting software. Prepare balance sheets, P&L, income and expenditure statements, reconcile chart of accounts and bank accounts, post month-end journal entries, prepare financial reports, and process payroll. Serve US-based clients with some overlap in US time zones and work on-site during specified hours for onboarding.
