Job descriptionRole & responsibilities
Work involves working on our proprietary docyt software and online accounting software. The candidate will serve as an account manager for account bookkeeping of businesses for our US-based clients.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, income & expenditure statements in addition to being able to verify and reconcile journal entries in a chart of accounts and bank accounts. Posting month-end journal entries, preparing financial reports, and payroll processing, etc will be required as well.
Learn and utilize Docyts proprietary software to assist in account bookkeeping for our US-based clients, knowledge is required as well.
The candidate should have good knowledge of the following:
Preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, income and expenditure statements
Reconciling a chart of accounts (including bank accounts)
Posting month-end journal entries
Preparing financial reports (including payroll processing)
This job will require some overlap of U.S.-time zones
This is not a WFH position
Requirements
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate degree in finance, or commerce with an accounting concentration is manadatory
3-8years of recent experience in account management related to accounting -
Good verbal and English writing skills are a must for communicating with our U.S.-based clients.
Flexiblity of working hours (when needed to communicate with the Customers)
