Manage and optimize end-to-end bookkeeping operations, lead and develop a team of bookkeepers, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, maintain staffing capacity, deliver KPI reporting, drive process and technology improvements (QuickBooks/ERP), liaise with Product and GTM teams, handle client onboarding/migrations, and resolve complex accounting issues.

Supervise an accounting team and manage bookkeeping for US-based clients using Docyt and QuickBooks Online. Prepare balance sheets, P&L, income/expenditure statements, reconciliations, month-end journal entries, payroll, and financial reports. Communicate with US clients, maintain confidentiality, lead team, and work overlapping US time zones including possible night and weekend shifts. Based in Noida Sector 62.

The Account Executive is responsible for B2B sales of SaaS products to hospitality businesses, managing the sales cycle and collaborating with teams.

Identify, qualify, and nurture leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn; book meetings/demos for Account Executives; maintain CRM records; build a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets; learn Docyt's product and value for the US market.

The role involves updating training content, hosting customer webinars, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring customer engagement with the accounting platform.

Manage bookkeeping and client accounts using Docyt and online accounting software. Prepare balance sheets, P&L, income and expenditure statements, reconcile chart of accounts and bank accounts, post month-end journal entries, prepare financial reports, and process payroll. Serve US-based clients with some overlap in US time zones and work on-site during specified hours for onboarding.
