Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google, Meta, TikTok, CTV, direct mail, and other channels. Manage campaign structure, budgets, bidding, optimization, experimentation, creative briefs, clinical review, reporting, and incrementality testing. Partner with analytics and marketing engineering teams to measure performance within HIPAA-compliant privacy limits, recommend growth budgets, and diversify the channel mix.

The Senior AI Engineer will develop core AI systems for healthcare, focusing on real-time inference and NLP pipelines, ensuring safety and scalability in medical consultations.

You will build and run the recruitment process from scratch for technical roles, particularly focusing on AI/ML engineers. Engage directly with engineering leadership to attract exceptional talent and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

Own Doctronic’s end-to-end data platform, including CDC pipelines from production databases into S3, Iceberg, and Snowflake; dbt transformations; orchestration; warehouse architecture; monitoring; and governed access to PHI. Establish trusted, documented data layers for analytics, finance, dashboards, and AI model training. Implement HIPAA-compliant access controls, anonymization, and deletion workflows while partnering autonomously with product, finance, marketing, partnerships, and AI teams.

Own and strengthen Doctronic's security posture for a HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 Type II environment. Maintain compliance, run audits, perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, handle incident response, vendor security reviews, build security automation and monitoring, and partner with engineering to embed security across the SDLC.

Own post-sales partnership success by managing partner relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, building operational systems (Kanban/Linear/Slack/Figma), tracking deliverables, running governance cadence, and reporting partner health and metrics.
