Lead execution and development of the consumer product roadmap, shipping web and mobile features, optimizing conversion to physician visits, and identifying new opportunities across the patient journey. Define metrics, run A/B tests and user research, prototype with AI tools, and coordinate launches across engineering, design, clinical, AI, marketing, support, and operations teams.

Own sales operations for enterprise healthcare deals, including CRM governance, deal desk management, contracting and procurement follow-through, diligence and security questionnaires, pipeline reviews, forecasting, board reporting, and handoff documentation. Build scalable processes and automate recurring workflows while reducing contracting time. The role requires high autonomy and close coordination with sales, legal, security, compliance, clinical, engineering, implementation, and customer success teams.

Owns enterprise sales and partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on embedded API and chat products. Generates pipeline, closes technology-focused deals, sells to product and engineering leaders, structures revenue-share and usage-based agreements, manages partner launches, and builds referral and expansion motions. Requires strong technical fluency, enterprise sales experience, ecosystem relationships, and the ability to develop non-standard commercial models.
