Design, implement, and operate highly available, scalable Azure-hosted SaaS systems. Build IaC, automation, CI/CD, and observability; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements while embedding security and compliance.

Leads software developers and guides enterprise software delivery across analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Provides mentorship, code reviews, technical coaching, performance management, and recruitment support. Drives scalable architecture, technical standards, documentation, testing, CI/CD, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders and cross-functional leads to align projects, resolve issues, and deliver secure, highly available applications on Azure or AWS.

Own end-to-end customer data migrations into the Vew platform, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, dry runs, cutovers, and post-migration support. Develop and improve C#/.NET tooling, write complex SQL, resolve data quality and performance issues, and establish repeatable, auditable migration processes. Serve as the technical migration contact for customers while collaborating with architects, product, and engineering teams.
