Hands-on technical lead responsible for architecture, reliability, security, and operational ownership of a domain within an Azure-based SaaS platform. Lead design and delivery of distributed services and APIs using modern .NET, improve observability, CI/CD and IaC, manage incidents, reduce technical debt, and mentor and line-manage a small engineering team to align execution with product strategy and business outcomes.
