Lead Dockwa’s Customer Success function and Marina Success Managers. Own retention, expansion, churn, renewals, activation, forecasting, customer health, and escalations. Build segmented operating models, scalable engagement programs, playbooks, and reporting. Hire and develop the team, manage strategic and mid-market accounts, and translate customer feedback and usage data into product and go-to-market recommendations.

Provide frontline email, phone, and chat support to marina operators and boaters. Diagnose software and accounting issues, troubleshoot QuickBooks and Xero integrations, document escalations, maintain product knowledge, identify recurring problems, support payment workflows, surface product and growth insights, and improve internal documentation and processes.

Own a portfolio of marina customers after onboarding, driving retention, renewals, product adoption, expansion, and value realization. Monitor account health, conduct business reviews, deliver training, identify churn risks, lead save strategies, and partner with Sales, Implementation, and Product. Use customer data to prioritize engagement, communicate ROI, provide product feedback, and build repeatable success playbooks.
