Own Dockwa’s accounting implementation standard, including chart-of-accounts configuration, revenue recognition, deposits, reconciliations, and financial migrations. Lead complex customer cutovers, resolve accounting escalations, define and deliver paid financial setup services, certify implementation teams, maintain documentation, and provide product feedback. The role requires deep QuickBooks Online expertise, working knowledge of Sage or NetSuite, payment processor reconciliation experience, and accounting implementation experience in a multi-location operating business.

Own Dockwa’s accounting function, including monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, tax coordination, revenue recognition, payroll compliance, and financial controls. Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to improve contract-to-cash processes, payment operations, accounting workflows, and data integrity. Lead process automation and systems improvements in a remote-first SaaS environment.

Own a territory of marina prospects and customers through the full SaaS sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demos, negotiation, and close. Meet quotas, expand existing customer usage, and provide consultative guidance on reservation, POS, fuel, contract, inventory, and analytics software. Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs, capture customer feedback, and improve lead generation and sales processes.
