Own the vision, roadmap, revenue, adoption, and operations of Docker Sandboxes. Lead product strategy for secure, isolated environments used by developers and AI agents, translating complex infrastructure tradeoffs into simple experiences. Partner with engineering, design, security, operations, customers, and go-to-market teams to define priorities, deliver releases, measure outcomes, and scale reliable services. The role requires deep technical fluency in systems, developer infrastructure, containers, virtualization, security, and software execution environments.

Build and operate production AI-powered developer tools, including code review assistants, test generators, deployment diagnostics, and incident-response agents. Develop the self-service platform supporting deployment pipelines, observability, security, cost management, and reliable AI systems. Integrate LLM providers, agent frameworks, MCP servers, CI/CD, and infrastructure platforms. Own features from design through production, participate in on-call, improve operational practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.

Set technical direction for AI-powered developer tools and a self-service AI platform. Design, build, and operate production AI agents, scalable distributed systems, deployment frameworks, observability integrations, security controls, and CI/CD integrations. Establish LLM and agent-development standards, lead cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, measure AI-tool effectiveness, and participate in on-call operations.

Supports Docker’s Legal team with contract intake, routing, playbook-based review, approvals, signature coordination, outside counsel billing, legal technology administration, AI workflow testing, reporting, documentation, training, and process improvement. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering while maintaining legal systems, dashboards, standard operating procedures, and knowledge resources.

Leads Docker’s Partner Solution Engineering organization, developing technical teams and scalable enablement programs for ISVs, cloud providers, systems integrators, and VARs. Drives partner technical readiness, solution validation, joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling, integrations, and revenue impact. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Alliances to influence roadmaps, support partner events, and establish measurable engagement and enablement processes.

Owns Docker’s multi-year technical strategy and architecture for secure software delivery and software supply chain security. Designs provenance, attestations, artifact signing, SBOM, dependency analysis, vulnerability intelligence, policy enforcement, and SDLC integrations across Docker products. Partners with executives, leads cross-company initiatives without direct authority, mentors senior engineers, influences standards, and supports enterprise security and monetization goals.

Supports global Sales and GTM teams by designing territories and segmentation models, managing forecasting, pipeline inspection, quotas, compensation, fiscal planning, and sales technology systems. The role leads cross-functional projects, documents requirements, improves sales processes, maintains data integrity, manages vendors, and provides analytical insights to leadership across EMEA and APAC.

Design, build, and operate Docker’s enterprise AI agent platform using Go and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include cloud control planes, multi-cloud infrastructure, security and network boundaries, reproducible software supply chains, production ownership, on-call operations, SLOs, incident response, distributed systems design, and technical leadership. The role also includes mentoring engineers and collaborating across runtime, identity, developer experience, and observability teams.

Own and evolve AWS infrastructure for Docker’s billing platform, including Terraform-based IaC, compute, storage, networking, CI/CD, observability, deployment safety, and incident response. The role drives infrastructure standards, reliability improvements, security practices, rollback procedures, and AI-assisted operations while partnering with software engineers and mentoring teammates. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product teams on a six-month contract.
