Own and scale lifecycle marketing programs across Docker’s Container and AI products. Build email and in-product campaigns, automate PQL and renewal motions, validate audiences and usage signals, manage suppressions, perform QA, monitor launches, troubleshoot data issues, translate technical signals into messaging, and operationalize reporting. Partner with data, sales, renewals, design, and agency teams while sequencing priorities into a scalable lifecycle roadmap.

Qualify outbound and inbound leads for Docker’s commercial and enterprise accounts, identify customer needs, assess product interest, and schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives. The role includes prospecting through calls, email, chat, and social media; maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline data; meeting qualification and KPI targets; developing territory strategies; sharing customer feedback; and building strong product knowledge. German and English fluency are required, with collaboration and mentoring expected.
