Responsibilities include distributed runtime infrastructure, isolated cloud sessions, deployment and versioning, observability, durable workflows, security guardrails, agent-facing APIs and CLIs, supervision interfaces, and production incident response. The role requires strong reliability instincts, cloud infrastructure expertise, typed programming, and experience using AI coding agents.

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through pilots, closing, and account expansion. Lead customer workflow discovery, translate manual processes into AI automation plans, and manage implementations through launch with engineering support. Maintain pipeline momentum, improve internal sales and implementation tools, provide customer feedback to product, and help establish the company’s sales and implementation processes. The role requires approximately 50% travel for conferences and customer visits and in-office work when not traveling.

Build and operate customer-facing healthcare automation tools end to end, including TypeScript applications, integrations, durable Temporal workflows, exception handling, analytics, configuration, and self-serve product features. Partner with account executives and customers to turn complex operational processes and change requests into reliable, explainable software. Work in a small in-office founding team and support critical production issues as needed.
