Own complex backend initiatives from architecture through production deployment and ongoing evolution. Design scalable services, APIs, data models, asynchronous workflows, and cloud-native systems. Provide technical direction, coordinate dependencies, mentor engineers, and improve testing, CI/CD, observability, reliability, security, and code quality. Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, SRE, platform, and engineering teams to deliver durable customer-focused solutions.

Own mid-market sales growth across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Generate outbound pipeline, manage full-cycle B2B SaaS deals, build ROI-driven business cases, engage senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, displace competing learning platforms, maintain CRM discipline, and deliver accurate forecasts. The role requires native French and fluent professional English, with experience selling SaaS, preferably LMS, LXP, HR technology, or workforce intelligence solutions.

Own partner marketing programs that generate enterprise, public-sector, and life sciences pipeline. Build joint campaigns with partners such as AWS, Deloitte, and Carahsoft; plan field events; execute account-based marketing; engage sales teams; and measure partner-sourced and influenced revenue. Lead marketing initiatives for regulated industries, using intent data, buying signals, targeted account lists, compliance-focused messaging, and AI-enabled tools to optimize campaign performance.

Serve as a strategic advisor, drive platform adoption, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, protect retention, identify expansion opportunities, lead escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also involves developing customer advocacy through case studies, reviews, and referrals, while managing complex B2B SaaS portfolios and traveling up to 25% for client visits and events.

Lead reliability engineering for critical product services by defining SLIs and SLOs, managing incident response, architecting scalable cloud platforms, improving observability, and driving safe deployments. The role influences system architecture, mentors engineers, supports recruiting, and advances reliability standards across a multi-tenant SaaS environment. Candidates should bring substantial SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, automation, and incident management.

Safeguard Docebo’s SaaS security posture by responding to customer security requests, managing questionnaires and corrective action plans, supporting audits and compliance assessments, partnering with legal on agreements and data processing addendums, automating compliance workflows, maintaining trust-page documentation, and evaluating third-party vendor risk. The role requires expertise in cloud security, privacy regulations, security frameworks, governance platforms, and customer-facing communication.

Manage enterprise SaaS customer relationships as a trusted advisor, drive adoption of the Docebo LMS, translate business goals into platform strategies, and support renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with internal teams, manage stakeholder relationships, provide configuration and product guidance, and develop customer advocacy through case studies and referrals.

Design, manage, and improve Docebo's cloud infrastructure for high availability, security, and scalability. Implement automation and IaC, support service releases, monitor performance with Datadog, troubleshoot cloud issues, and lead infrastructure projects in collaboration with engineering teams.

Own product features end to end, from discovery and technical design through deployment and iteration. Build across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and integrations while contributing expertise in either frontend or backend engineering. Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to make scalable technical decisions, improve testing and delivery practices, and support production software. Mentor engineers through reviews, pairing, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Build and maintain cloud-based ELT/ETL pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Cloud Composer. Develop data ingestion and transformation jobs, implement data quality tests, monitor alerts, maintain lakehouse schemas across Snowflake, BigQuery, and Databricks, document data assets, and collaborate with analytics and data science teams. The role requires strong SQL, foundational Python and Git knowledge, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
