Contact and onboard eligible patients to Doccla's remote monitoring service, guide them through consent and setup, log interactions in Zendesk/Doccla, prevent churn, follow scripts and workflows, and collaborate within a hybrid Care Room team to meet KPIs.

Lead a cross-functional product team to deliver compliant, production-grade full‑stack software with Elixir backend and React frontend. Own technical delivery, improve platform reliability, write tests and documentation, review PRs, mentor engineers, and ensure patient-safety and regulatory compliance.

Support software quality, validation, and notified-body remediation for SaMD. Manage nonconformities, draft NC responses, coordinate corrective actions, support CAPA and audits, own software validation plans and oversight per IEC 62304/ISO 13485, and maintain risk management files per ISO 14971 linked to validation and technical documentation.

Own entity-level month-end close across UK and European entities, run reconciliations and controls, manage AR/AP and audit deliverables, improve AI-enabled finance workflows and NetSuite systems, and produce actionable management reporting.

Own and grow Doccla's Virtual Care portfolio across the region, driving proactive care adoption through strategic NHS relationships, deal structuring, value-based commercial models, and cross-functional mobilisation from sale to operational launch.

Provide clinical prescribing and medication optimisation within Doccla's virtual care model: conduct structured medication reviews, process treatment and discharge letters, support care homes and practice dispensary, handle medication queries, and collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective prescribing and adherence.

Own and grow a portfolio of NHS accounts end-to-end: ensure client satisfaction, lead renewals and expansions, coordinate implementation and delivery, drive product adoption, and build relationships from ward staff to senior executives to meet retention and growth targets.

Build and ship compliant, well-tested frontend software for patient and clinician workflows. Own end-to-end delivery, improve reliability, drive frontend performance and accessibility, collaborate with product/design/clinical teams, and apply GraphQL and modern tooling to deliver clinical-grade UIs.

Lead clinical safety for healthtech products: develop and maintain safety protocols and risk management (ISO 13485/14971), run hazard workshops, manage incident/adverse event reporting and CAPAs, prepare CERs and regulatory submissions, and provide cross-functional safety training and governance.
