The Voter Registration Regional Manager will lead regional teams to achieve voter registration goals, coaching fellows, managing data, and fostering team culture.

A two-day virtual bootcamp training graduating seniors and young professionals (18-29) for political campaign organizing. Covers campaign structure, strategy, messaging, coalitions, personal storytelling, data and digital tools, volunteer recruitment, and networking. Graduates receive resume reviews, interview prep, and direct introductions to 2026 battleground campaign hiring teams.

Perform rapid research projects and vetting using LexisNexis and social media platforms, produce concise reports and memos, meet strict deadlines, and support the Compliance team and DNC mission.

The Press Assistant/Executive Assistant supports the DNC Communications team by managing projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring quality in written materials while staying updated with the news cycle.

Perform fundraising analyses, manage and aggregate finance data from multiple platforms, validate fundraising models, build automated reporting and pipelines, design experiments (A/B tests), automate repetitive processes, and handle ad hoc data requests to optimize fundraising performance and operations across teams.

The Fall 2026 DNC Rapid Social Intern will create social graphics and videos, live-clip events, manage content calendars, pull analytics, and collaborate across teams to produce rapid-response political content.

Participate in department-specific substantive and administrative work, assist Operations with weekly phone shifts, support grassroots organizing and DNC events, attend mandatory onboarding/offboarding, receive professional development and networking with DNC staff. Program runs Sept 8–Nov 13, 2026; 20 hours/week; stipend provided.

Paid fall internship (Sept–Nov) supporting DNC Technology across data, software, IT, cybersecurity, and product. Interns work ~20 hours/week on projects, attend team meetings, assist operations shifts, and receive mentorship, training, and networking opportunities. Program open to U.S.-based applicants meeting eligibility criteria.

Support the DNC Design Team by creating social graphics, email and digital ad assets, merchandise, and occasional print materials. Collaborate with Mobilization and other departments, manage time-sensitive projects, learn brand guidelines and new tools, attend weekly phone shifts and mandatory onboarding/offboarding, and work 20 hours per week in a hybrid US-based internship.

The When We Count Fellowship trains young supporters to organize and register Democratic voters. Fellows work part-time, attending training and achieving registration goals.

Conduct rapid political research by analyzing news, public records, campaign finance, voting histories, and legal documents; synthesize findings into concise research products for rapid response and communications teams; monitor national and local news; support department tasks as assigned.

Manage operational projects and processes across contracts, state operations, events, and travel. Lead travel program, coordinate event logistics and front desk operations, support vendor management, insurance, and contracting, build/test process improvements, and oversee special projects in collaboration with Operations, HR, IT, Accounting, and Facilities.

Support and expand the DNC's Leadership Circle fundraising program through donor prospecting and cultivation (7 hours cold calling/week), donor communications, managing records in NGP VAN, processing acknowledgments, organizing virtual fundraisers, tracking bundlers and ActBlue pages, conducting donor research, and assisting with outreach operations and special development projects.

The West Finance Director oversees donor fundraising in multiple states, creates finance plans, manages donor relations, and coordinates travel and events. Requires 3-4 cycles of political fundraising experience and management skills.

The ASDC Western Regional Director serves as the primary contact for State Party leaders, supports their goals, leads communications, and coordinates DNC initiatives, requiring extensive travel and collaboration.

The Video Research Associate identifies and catalogs video assets for DNC campaigns, ensuring access to crucial media for various departments while monitoring local and national coverage trends.

Recruit, train, and engage a national network of distributed volunteers using digital tools and large-scale virtual trainings to support in-person and virtual voter contact. Build volunteer community, pilot new organizing tools, provide feedback on features, and drive volunteer-driven actions ahead of the 2026 election. Report to the Distributed Voter Contact Manager and support a year-round organizing infrastructure.
