Provides frontline technical and data-product support to campaigns, state parties, and partner committees through Zendesk and an on-call rotation. The role trains users on complex tools and datasets, maintains product documentation, troubleshoots technical issues, gathers user feedback, and partners with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve usability and automate recurring problems.

Manages employee relations and labor relations for the DNC, including investigations, grievances, union partnerships, collective bargaining agreement compliance, leave and accommodation processes, manager training, audits, and employment-law compliance. The role provides confidential consultation to managers and leadership, tracks bargaining-unit data, supports HR initiatives, and collaborates with legal and executive teams to resolve workplace issues and reduce organizational risk.

Perform fundraising analyses, manage and aggregate finance data from multiple platforms, validate fundraising models, build automated reporting and pipelines, design experiments (A/B tests), automate repetitive processes, and handle ad hoc data requests to optimize fundraising performance and operations across teams.
