Build, maintain, and validate production data pipelines and ETL infrastructure (BigQuery/GCS/dbt/Airflow alternatives). Ensure data observability, SLAs, and automated tests to deliver reliable datasets that support campaign decision-making and organizers. Collaborate with product and data teams across fast-paced, cycle-driven work.

Maintain and improve ETL/data pipelines and election readiness systems; process voter files, resolve pipeline errors, build integrations for disparate data sources, and improve reliability. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to support campaigns and state parties, primarily using Airflow and the GCP ecosystem.

Support and expand the DNC's Leadership Circle fundraising program through donor prospecting and cultivation (7 hours cold calling/week), donor communications, managing records in NGP VAN, processing acknowledgments, organizing virtual fundraisers, tracking bundlers and ActBlue pages, conducting donor research, and assisting with outreach operations and special development projects.
