Manages dnata’s Amsterdam GSE fleet, including outsourced leasing and maintenance providers, contracts, SLAs, budgets, fleet availability, reliability, safety, compliance, and cost control. Leads supplier performance reviews, replacement and sustainability strategies, contingency planning, business improvement initiatives, and damage-reduction programs. Develops the GSE team, oversees certifications and succession planning, and collaborates with airport, operational, commercial, financial, and supplier stakeholders.

Act as senior HR partner to Passenger Services leadership, driving workforce planning, organizational design, change management, talent and leadership development, employee engagement, employee relations, compliance, and workforce analytics to support operational growth, tender mobilizations and transformation.

Lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for Passenger Services. Partner with operations to translate performance into financial insights, build business cases, model workforce/productivity, monitor risks, ensure governance, and drive continuous improvement to increase profitability and operational efficiency.

Partner with Cargo Operations leadership to drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting and commercial insight. Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling and business cases, monitor risks and opportunities, ensure governance and compliance, lead a small business control team, and deliver dashboards and actionable recommendations to influence operational and strategic decisions.
