Execute product marketing for AI-enabled omics solutions: produce AI-accelerated content, build sales enablement, coordinate launches, maintain messaging consistency, gather competitive intelligence, and manage cross-functional workstreams to drive pipeline and enablement adoption.

Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, field events, and webinars end-to-end. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, speaker logistics, onsite setup, lead capture and CRM handoffs, and post-event reporting. Use AI tools and automation to draft copy, speed workflows, and ensure timely lead tagging and pipeline contribution.

Own product direction for the omics platform's data consumption and analytics layer. Define researcher/developer experiences, interoperability and agent-ready analytics APIs, benchmarking, and run customer discovery. Author epics, drive cross-functional execution, and communicate progress to leadership to measure adoption and commercial traction.

Support Order-to-Cash activities including entering and maintaining sales orders, customer setup, creating revenue schedules in NetSuite ARM, preparing invoices and usage billing, processing credits/rebills, assisting month-end close and reconciliations, and coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
