Author epics, drive cross-functional execution, and communicate progress to leadership to measure adoption and commercial traction.

Support Order-to-Cash activities including entering and maintaining sales orders, customer setup, creating revenue schedules in NetSuite ARM, preparing invoices and usage billing, processing credits/rebills, assisting month-end close and reconciliations, and coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
