Perform post-sales ERP implementations: configure system, consult on business processes, transform data, test, train users, and support go-live. Serve as primary customer contact, use DMSi tools and methodology, participate in cross-functional teams, and develop subject-matter and industry expertise.

Designs and delivers custom data solutions for ERP customers including reporting, data extracts, BI dashboards, ETL and integrations. Scopes and executes projects, uses AI tools to improve workflows, supports/internal training and documentation, and provides escalation support and collaboration across teams.

Lead one or more cross-functional software development teams using servant-leader principles. Promote Agile/Lean practices, drive predictability and delivery, foster collaboration with Product, Architecture, and Support, remove impediments, mentor engineers, set goals and perform reviews, and continuously improve team processes, quality, and user-focused product outcomes.

Senior backend engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Progress OpenEdge/ABL applications. Lead code reviews, enforce standards, mentor teammates, triage and fix bugs, coordinate upgrades, and drive Agile/Lean practices across cross-functional teams to improve product quality and delivery.
