Designs, builds, and operates a scalable, multi-tenant data platform supporting analytics, reporting, and integrations. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines and CDC workflows, designing PostgreSQL schemas, maintaining dashboard data layers, provisioning customer data environments, applying infrastructure as code, monitoring data quality and performance, and resolving operational issues. The role partners with product, engineering, database administration, and infrastructure teams while documenting architecture and evaluating platform improvements.

Owns and scales AWS cloud environments and Linux systems supporting hosted SaaS applications. Builds infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible, administers and hardens Linux servers, troubleshoots cloud, network, and OS issues, remediates vulnerabilities, documents technical standards, and participates in on-call support. Collaborates with security, development, and support teams to maintain reliable, secure, and scalable production infrastructure.

Builds and maintains deployment pipelines, configuration management, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD automation across AWS and Progress OpenEdge environments. Converts repetitive operational work into measurable, reliable automation; supports rollback, testing, incident root-cause analysis, and documentation. Partners with operations teams to improve system behavior and maintainability in production and non-production environments.
