The Sr Software Engineer will collaborate with an Agile team, perform code reviews, coordinate upgrades, mentor, and ensure adherence to standards. They will champion best practices and continuous improvement in software development.

Serve as an ERP subject-matter expert for customers: analyze and troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, train users, create documentation, and lead or support application rollout projects.

The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product backlogs, prioritize tasks, gather customer feedback, and maintain industry knowledge to drive product development.
