Teams at DMSI

Perform post-sales ERP implementations: configure system, consult on business processes, transform data, test, train users, and support go-live. Serve as primary customer contact, use DMSi tools and methodology, participate in cross-functional teams, and develop subject-matter and industry expertise.

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build relationships, develop and execute tailored service plans, coordinate internal teams, manage issues and billing, support training, and drive continuous improvement and billable service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value.

Provide application support and subject-matter expertise for the company ERP (Agility); troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, create documentation, train users, and participate in application projects and rollouts while working with Finance, Operations, Sales, Service, and Purchasing.
