Serve as an ERP subject-matter expert for customers: analyze and troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, train users, create documentation, and lead or support application rollout projects.

The Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define product backlogs, prioritize tasks, gather customer feedback, and maintain industry knowledge to drive product development.

Lead one or more cross-functional software teams using a servant-leader approach. Promote Agile/Lean practices, improve delivery predictability, remove impediments, foster team culture, mentor engineers, align work to organizational goals, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Support to drive continuous improvement and user-focused product development.
