Manage and grow assigned customer accounts through retention strategies, proactive communication, issue resolution, business reviews, reporting, and upselling. Serve as the primary customer contact while collaborating with sales, operations, logistics, technical, and marketing teams. Collaborate with field sales on strategic accounts, manage smaller and mid-market relationships, achieve activity and revenue targets, and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.

Sorts and records incoming IT assets, captures asset data, determines processing paths, organizes equipment by type and value, and separates items for resale or recycling. The role requires accurate data entry, decision-making using established criteria, process improvement recommendations, and occasional offsite project support. Physical duties include prolonged standing and regularly lifting 10–50 pounds or more.

Sort Associate captures and enters IT asset data, evaluates equipment condition and value, determines resale or recycling paths, organizes inventory, and improves departmental outcomes. The role requires accurate data entry, decision-matrix use, communication, consistency, and regular lifting and movement of equipment. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional offsite projects.

Build and lead DMD’s Inside Sales function from the ground up. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding sales representatives, creating playbooks and pipeline processes, defining collaboration rules with Field Sales, delivering training and coaching, managing forecasts and performance targets, and aligning with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership.

Drive new business and manage enterprise client relationships for IT asset disposition (ITAD). Perform consultative solution selling, proposal and RFP preparation, market research, and collaboration with operations to ensure secure data destruction, equipment remarketing, logistics, and e-waste recycling. Meet sales quotas, maintain CRM records, and deliver exceptional customer service.
